Intermittent Fasting

In the simplest terms, intermittent fasting looks something like this: Stop eating at least 2 hours before bed. 3 is better.  And wait to start eating the next day until at least midmorning.  But certainly listen to your body.  Once in a great while there will be a day when my body needs to eat breakfast.  Like before doing a long hike.  A very important thing to remember with any fasting, is that you must pay close attention daily to getting your minerals: meaning electrolytes!
